The Project
The 2007 Shelby GT500 brought factory supercharged violence back to the streets, but its heavy-duty, iron-block 5.4L engine left massive amounts of horsepower hidden on the table. To transform this modern classic into a 601 RWHP street terror, we focused on maximizing volumetric efficiency—allowing the factory blower to breathe freely, spin faster, and drop charge temperatures. By marrying a 2.6″ supercharger upper pulley with an ATI 10% overdrive harmonic balancer, we significantly increased boost pressure across the entire RPM range. Supported by custom software calibration and heavily upgraded thermal management, this GT500 delivers ruthless, continuous acceleration with absolute mechanical composure.
